Three deployment modes

  1. Manual: tagging + drafts only. Humans approve and send every message.
  2. Review: AI proposes actions; humans approve higher-risk steps (refunds, replacements, policy exceptions).
  3. Autopilot: AI executes safe, constrained workflows and escalates edge cases.
